1. Deposits are Non-Refundable: Upon booking your fishing expedition, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit ensures that your spot is reserved exclusively for you and prevents us from booking other guests for that time slot.

2. Cancellation up to the Day of Your Fishing Expedition: While deposits are non-refundable, we offer flexibility when it comes to cancellations. You may cancel your fishing expedition up to the day of your scheduled trip without incurring any additional charges. We kindly ask that you notify us of your cancellation as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other guests who may be on our waiting list.

3. Rescheduling Options: In lieu of a refund for your deposit, we are happy to offer the option to reschedule your fishing expedition for a later date, subject to availability. This allows you to retain the value of your deposit and ensures that you can still enjoy the adventure of fishing with us at a more convenient time.

4. Exceptions: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or extenuating circumstances beyond your control, such as severe weather conditions or emergencies, we may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you qualify for an exception, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

5. No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel your fishing expedition prior to the scheduled departure time or failure to arrive at the designated meeting point will result in forfeiture of your deposit. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the expedition fee for no-shows.
